The Master of Health Care Innovation (MHCI), offered online by the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine, will help you build the innovation and leadership skills needed to face urgent and long-term challenges, develop a diverse network of innovative thinkers, and become a stronger contributor and problem solver at your workplace and beyond.
This program equipped me with a comprehensive toolkit to deeply understand the health care landscape and the diverse individuals within it. It has broadened my perspective on the drivers behind health care innovation and its transformative potential to make it more affordable, accessible, and equitable.

Faculty are drawn from the Perelman School of Medicine, Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation, the Wharton School, Penn Carey Law, Penn Nursing, Stuart Weitzman School of Design, and Penn Engineering.
